Important Church Facilities Information
Due to emergency repairs being made in the church building, the water in the church will be shut off throughout this weekend's services. Please plan to use the restrooms in the Loggia hallway instead of those in the church building. We apologize for the inconvenience and are doing everything we can to remedy this problem as soon as possible!

New Foundations Class
Trinity will be offering a Foundations Class beginning January 22. If you or someone you know is interested in joining Trinity or wants information about the Lutheran faith, this is the class for you! An introduction to Christian teaching and the Lutheran faith, the purpose of this class is to provide the information needed to understand what Lutherans believe and decide whether Trinity is the church for you. Joining Trinity after completing this class is not required, but our hope is that you will find this to be a wonderful community where you can be involved and grow spiritually.

Meetings will occur January 22-March 12 from 4:00pm-5:30pm in Loggia 2. If you are interested in the class or need more information, please RSVP by January 20, 2022.

For anyone who may want to participate but is not available when we are meeting or is not comfortable meeting in person, we are working on an online option that will give you the same information but can be completed on your own. However, we encourage you to attend in person if possible as you will have the opportunity to interact with the others in the class and become connected to people at the church who are learning alongside you. If you are interested in this online option, please contact the church office at TLC@TrinityDowntown.com
Food and Funds on the Fifth Sunday
As always, on any fifth Sunday of a month, we'll be collecting food donations for a local food pantry (dry and canned goods only, not expired) and funds for the Pastor's discretionary fund assisting those dealing with immediate financial emergencies. Bring in those dollars and BOGOs on January 30! Thank you.
Family Fun Night
Family Fun Night will once again be happening on Friday, January 28th from 6:30pm-8:30pm. All ages from young to old are welcome to join in on some fun and games, whether board games or card games. Dinner of hot dogs, chips, drinks, and dessert will be provided. A free will offering will be taken to help with future dinners. Stay tuned for additional details coming in the next few weeks!
Ladies' Night
Ladies' Night will be returning on February 25th from 6pm-8pm in the Fellowship Hall. The theme for this event will be "Shine Like Stars" and will honor the women in our guests' lives that have passed away. Seating will be limited, so plan to buy tickets as soon as they go on sale! We will be asking for a donation of packages of socks for men, women, and children that are homeless. Stay tuned for additional details!
