Florida-Georgia Congregation Advocates for Lutheran Church Extension Fund gathered at the District office in January for a weekend of education, fellowship, worship and recognition for the Advocates. Advocates are dedicated volunteers who serve as the public relations connections between their congregations and the Florida-Georgia LCEF Team.
Trinity’s advocate is Bruce Hahn, who was introduced in our voters meeting this past weekend. Bruce was recognized as the District’s “STAR PERFORMER” for 2015 because of his part in Trinity’s 165 new enrollments of youth and adult investors with LCEF!! Trinity received a Partnership Award, “Sharing the mission & partnering in ministry with LCEF,” and was given a beautiful piece of art entitled “Calling Disciples” by He Qi. This beautiful piece can be seen in the church office.
